Cooking class with market tour & dining experience

During this half-day experience, which will take place during the morning, your chef will escort you through a fantastic journey of authentic food from Milan and Lombardy area. Prepare yourself for a travelling inside the typical local flavors of this cuisine.
The experience will start with a visit to a local market as well as the local historical shops located nearby, where you will be able to find fresh fruits and vegetables and appetizing meat and fishes. Learn how to recognize the good quality of the ingredients and how to choose the correct ones for your recipes.
After the market visit, the cooking experience can start. Be careful during the explanation and preparation. At the end of the show cooking, you will have a relaxing and enjoyable lunch all together. Feel the warmth of Italian hospitality.
Please note that you will not have an established menu as it will be based on the seasonal availability of the ingredients.
You’ll decide your menu with the chef according to the season, as you are going to buy the ingredients directly at the market you visited in the morning.
