Homemade gourmet meals using vegetables from Valentina & Marco's garden or products from small local farmers. Only seasonal products are used!!!
Olive oil is made by Valentina’s Family and all pasta and bread are homemade.
The meal is paired with natural Italian wines that we select in our travels.
They will tell you all about their adventures exploring Italian traditions and Territories.

• Egg cooked at 65 degrees on vegetable pureè with sprinkle of truffle Cheese

• Fresh fish from the Market
