A great way to discover the beauty of the Italian lakes, this experience includes the transfer by train from Milan to Como and a walking tour of the chic lake town of Como with your tour leader discovering the majestic white marble Duomo, walking along the elegant Via Vittorio Emanuele, the ancient medieval Walls and the Romanesque Sant’ Abbondio Church.The highlight of the tour is the visit of the superb 600-year old Cathedral. If you also like shopping you will be part of the beautiful and picturesque streets with traditional and local shops and products in Piazza Cavour and Via Plinio, Lake front, which allow you to shop while enjoying a fascinating natural sight. After lunch depart for a boat-cruise on the lake to reach the charming village of Bellagio, pearl of the Como Lake. Optional visit of Villa Carlotta with its magnificent botanic garden and art masterpieces in over 70.000 square meters of gardens and museum. After the tour your tour leader will escort you back to Milan.
