Tour was disappointing... Viewing of The Last Supper was brilliant but the remainder of the tour fell short

Not sure why this tour is titled "skip the line" since we waited 50 minutes in a line to enter the Duomo. People with fast passes seemed to think they could go in front of our group anyways and the normal line would've taken the same amount of time or less. The tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable, but had a heavy Italian accent so the Duomo audio headset for 6 euro euro might've been better. We had a lady slip and fall and she took a taxi to meet us for the Last Supper. I think a group of 20 plus people is just too much for one tour guide to handle especially since we had to walk a distance through the Vittorio arch to the castle then the Last Supper through the typical tight sidewalks of Italy. The castle walk is a cursory walk through the courtyard (which does have a bathroom). Once again, maybe better walking around by ourselves. There was no line for the Last Supper viewing since it was the end of the day and she had a lot of interesting facts about the painting and da Vinci. It truly is magnificent. No video. No flash photography. Once again, maybe better just going there on one's own. Overall lots of info, but the structure, the long wait time, and the size of the group detracted from the experience.

Our guide was unorganized and lost people during the tour, she went back to try and find them leaving us waiting for about 15- 20 minutes that we lost from visiting the Duomo. We felt rushed at the Last Supper.

The Last Supper is a must see! The small group size meant that we could see the painting clearly with enough time to really appreciate it. Wonderful guide was highly informative.

All of the attractions were fantastic to see, the last supper being the highlight. Our guide was friendly, informative and gave us time to appreciate places with time to ourselves. Definitely worth the money. Helped us to find our feet in Milan.
