Enjoyed our tour so much! It was a lot of walking but enjoyed the tour very much. History and architecture covered nicely. The Last supper was magnificent and so was the cathedral. Also enjoyed seeing the castle.

Our tour guide was thoroughly educated and filled us with interesting facts about the Doumo, Galleria, the Sforseco Castle and the DiVinci Last Supper. The timing and pace were perfect for a fully satisfying overview. His insightful comments intermixed historical facts, art background, touring tips, and current culture. This was the best city tour we have ever experienced.

Good tour which visited the Duomo, main shopping center and the church where the Last Supper is painted. Amazing picture, very controlled conditions for entry. Tour guide was very informative.

Our guide was unbelievably knowledgable and made the tour very interesting. I wish I recalled his name because he deserves to receive accolades.

The guide knew the history of the Duomo very well but when we arrived at the castle after walking in the heat we took a water break for 5 min. When I came back the group had left so I missed the Viewing of the Last Supper, which is why I signed up.There are better ways to tour

We thoroughly enjoyed our walking tour. The walking part is not strenuous. Lucia, our guide, was very knowledgeable. She did not hesitate to answer questions. She had in-depth knowledge of her subjects. It is a pity that the tour does not include entering La Scala but seeing the Last Supper and Lucia's explanations made up for it.

The Milan Duomo was just simply gorgeous, and the visit to Last Supper was a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Met our guide easily outside the Duomo. We were taken around the Duomo and given a lot of information by our guide. We then headed to the Sforza castle and again were given the history of the building. We finished by heading to view the Last Supper painting. Lots of time given in each location so that you felt you had time to take pictures and absorb everything around you.

The service was not provided. We were walking to the meeting point and got lost and realized we will be 10 min late and be at the meeting point at 10:10 instead of 10:00. we called the provider at 9:45 and told we will be late. She promised to contact tour guide and to wait for us. we called again at 10:10am from the meeting point as nobody was waiting for us. Provider did not contact to local tour guide and said we should go to Last Supper museum and we will be given tickets. after arriving to the museum nobody contacted Viator ticket office and nobody give us a ticket. We lost a lot of money for this tour not even speaking that Tour agency sent us to 30 min walk on a 43 degrees Celsius hot weather to claim our tickets for Last Supper and did not contact the museum for us to get the tickets we paid for.

If it wasn't for the Last Supper being the final destination, I would have left the tour much earlier. Not necessarily our guides fault, but this company was very disorganized. We were not told our tour would be in both German and English, even though we paid for the English only tour. This meant that everything we saw took 2x as long since it needed to be discussed in both languages. Additionally, it took the organic feel from the tour as you can hear how scripted it was in each language. When we were pressed for time, the tour guide only spoke in German and we felt as though we missed out on certain facts. Additionally, we have minimal time at the Last Supper and the guide couldn't even finish all of the info because it needed to be translated twice. I learned nothing about the Castle because I couldn't concentrate as to when I should pay attention because half of the tour was not in my language. Additionally, the guide had no control of the group and made us all stop so a family could stop for 15 minutes and get gelato. Then we got lost down a side street and she decided to tell us about some cars that were parked on the road. Dysfunctional to say the least. We saw the sites at the end of the day, so if that's all you care about, go ahead and book-- but don't expect anything organized or informative...unless you speak German. Several families left the tour early, and I don't blame them. This is the only bad review we have from the trip.

We meet our guide, and we informed her that my mother couldn't walk very fast, I presume the way I explained it wasn't that clear, as our guide did a brisk walk when not in any attraction. We ended up right at the back, and quite a long distance from the guide. The Duomo, and the last Supper were well worth seeing, and I would 100% recommend them, the castle was a bit disappointing, but we were glad our guide stopped for 10min in order for us to catch up and have a drink. It is a walking tour, and if you can walk briskly it is ok.

Our entire family (ages 41 - 8) was entranced from beginning to end by our guide. She was extremely knowledgeable and described the artistic detail in the Last Supper with precision and entertaining commentary. We've done multiple Viator tours in multiple cities and she was the best! This continued as we walked through the streets of Milan and took in the Sforza Castle, and the Duomo. We also walked by and talked about many other sites of interest including the opera house and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. Molto Bene!!

Excellent short tour; however, the single ear bud on the receiver was very problematic sine I wear hearing aids.

We were very surprised that The Last Supper was not crowed like many of the other sites in Rome. Our guide was great. We didn't have to wait to get in and being in a small group we were able to really see the painting

We loved the tour ,but it was not effortless. We had instructions to start out at the Duomo but arrived and were told we only had a few minutes to start at the last supper. So we had to take a taxi there and the tour guide had already started the tour.

I tried getting Last Supper tickets on my own a couple of months prior and they were all sold out. I found this tour through Trip Advisor . Overall I didn't think it was worth the money but we did really appreciate the visit to Last Supper. Our guide was ok. I prefer guides who share fun facts, tidbits of interesting information. I really would have loved to spend more time in the Duomo but our guide walked us in and just sat us down to talk about the history of construction. My family and I would have much preferred that she kept us walking the entire time, walking past each chapel and explaining the history/story of them. I learned a lot more from my Rick Steves Milan:Duomo podcast (that's free) as opposed from the guide.

Our entire tour was an amazing experience. We started at the Duomo, made the 15 minute walk to Sforza Castle, and then the 15 minute walk to the Last Supper. The Last Supper was the highlight of the trip! Our tour guide kept us interested throughout the entire tour.

This was one of our stops in our family trip to Europe. Our tour guide was very sweet and knowledgeable. If you’re staying in Milan for a short period, this tour covers the highlights of the city really well!

If it were not for the Last Supper at the end of the tour I would have just turned in my headset and left. The day of the tour there was GIGANTIC convention of an alpine military group.there might have been 100,000 in town. The Duomo square was mobbed, the Duomo was mobbed. I am not tall so that it was difficult for me to see the group leader as she moved through the crowd. My receiver would cut out if I was too far from leader so it was very anxiety-producing not being able to either see or hear her! The crowd was great enough to slow our movements so that we did not go through Galleria or Square by La Scala at all, and just tried to make our way to Sforzo castle along an absolutely mobbed street. The tour leader did her best not to lose anyone as we tried to cross the various intersections, but it was really up to us to stay with her since there would be no way for her to know if someone got lost! I realize that the tour operator has no control of conventions in the city, but there is control of the quality of the receivers issued so that the tour leader can be heard at distances that might be expected under such circumstances. I felt the receivers were deficient in this regard and made for a very uncomfortable experience. All in all it was difficult to enjoy the entire experience prior to the Last Supper. However, in the quiet of The Last Supper display room we could finally relax enough to enjoy things.
