We bought the “elevator” access tickets because I have mobility challenge with stairs. The access was well handled and there was a short line. Once on the terrace level, my challenge began. The walkways are narrow with a high step if you move off of it to take a photo. The views are incredible! Getting to the “roof” level was especially difficult. The staircase is narrow, steep and well worn. Sometimes there are no handrails. I’m glad I did it because again, the views are magnificent, but I won’t do it again. I wish the description on Viator was more realistic about the stair challenge.

Worth the extra money. Got right in and where able to see everything. Don't miss the baptistery in the basement. Beautiful cathedral.
