Excellent pace, well explained and quite entertaining. We initially only went with the tour to get into Last Supper, but the information we got about the other Milan attractions were great and enlightening. Thank you to Beatrice, our tour guide.
Have always enjoyed tours with Viator but this was the exception. Not happy with tour at all. Only good thing was that we had guaranteed tickets into The Last Supper. Headsets never really worked correctly and valuable time was wasted trying to get them in operating condition -- therefore time at Duomo was rushed. English only -- well we had an Asian group with us. Although they had their own translator it was very distracting hearing the translations going on. When we toured The Last Supper they did go in separate from us but that caused us to have to wait on them before leaving the area. Viator is better than this.
Subject material was good but voice boxes did not work so it was impossible to hear any details given by the guide. Group was extremely large and this compounded the problem.
Max was a great tour guide. We enjoyed the Last Supper along with the Duomo the Galleria and the La Scala. Great background and context

It was brilliant. So worth it. No queues. Very interesting. Just don’t take sharp objects with you. Take some snacks. It’s long and kids might get hungry!
The tour was great. Our guide was patient and informative. It is very difficult to get tickets on your own to the Last Supper, so why not go with a knowledgeable tour guide. My only complaint was not knowing what else we would see on the tour until we got on the bus. It would have helped us plan our visit better.
It was a very nice and informative tour. Our guide Stephania was cultivated and had a clear voice. But the tour was so crowded. We were 55 people in it so u can imagine how this goes when we need to see a picture she's commentating . Other than that the tour was great !
