We initially missed our tour due to late flight and lost bag but Emilio graciously rescheduled!!! So glad. He was an awesome guide. Loved the Duomo.

Our expected guide cancelled at the last minute but Emilio did a great job showing us around town. We walked through most of Old Milan and its neighborhoods. He was able to bypass the long Duomo line and showed us many out of the way interesting places we would have missed on our own. We had only limited time in Milan so using Emilio probably made the difference in our overall attitude and appreciation of Milan.

Our guide Katia was outstanding! She was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and willing to accommodate our interests. Her insight on the Duomo's architecture made seeing this magnificent structure even more enjoyable.
