About this activity
Admire and learn the old tradition of preparing handmade fresh pasta by a local.
The process of fresh pasta making is simple and all about mixing and manually modeling local and seasonal ingredients.
In this 2hrs cooking class you will learn the way Italian grandmothers have been preparing fresh pasta for their families for decades. Still today older generations are the keepers of this traditional recipes; they have the duty to pass the knowledge to younger generations in every family.
Our cooking class will be held by an italian “nonna” in a local house (subject to availability), for small groups of maximum 7 people. The kind of fresh pasta you will learn to hand make it can be ravioli, tortelli, tortellini, cappelletti, or the world famous tagliatelle (depending on the season).
This activity is suitable to everyone and doesn’t require previous cooking experience. Children are welcome over 6yo.
