What an amazing time! Barbara took us step by step on how to make pasta and turn the pasta into pockets filled with homemade ricotta. We felt like pro's by the time we were done! Sofia then took us through the process of making Balsamic vinegar and a little tasting of what makes balsamic good, and what makes it great! The significance of making Balsamic vinegar relative to Italian history was fascinating and Sofia was so knowledgeable. By the time we got back to Barbara she had taken our pasta creations and turned them into a FEAST! A traditional Italian experience with a dash of history, a peacock or two, a little bit of science, and a whole lot of hospitality!!! I definitely recommend this tour! Worth every penny!
