Guided tour and Modena balsamic vinegar tasting at Casa Mazzetti

Casa Mazzetti is a didactic center dedicated to Modena balsamic vinegar, opened for authentic flavors lovers and for those interested in the traditions characterizing our country. Entering Casa Mazzetti you will understand the difference between two unique products: traditional DOP Modena balsamic vinegar and IGP Modena balsamic vinegar.

A guided tour will lead you to discover two different tales: on the one hand more than 5600 barrels composing the traditional array, on the other Hercules, the colossus that conjugates tradition and innovation. Lastly, a tasting will give you proof of the unmistakable flavors and perfumes of Modena's black treasure, a product which conquered people all over the world. The tasting will be combined with a selection of typical local products.
