Travel to a Parmigiano Reggiano cheese factory where you'll discover how this famous cheese is made and take the opportunity to taste it.
Next, make your way to a local "acetaia" (vinegar factory) where you'll be surprised learning all the secrets of the delicious balsamic vinegar of Modena. The vinegar is produced only with grape aged for minimum of 12 years and considered "extra vecchio" only with 25 years of aging in casks made of different woods.

Fantastic to learn about how Parma cheese is made and the same for Balsamic. The tasting was the final great experience. We would do it again in a “heartbeat.”
Comfortable and Luxurious car. However, tour guide didn't seem to be very knowledgeable. Love how friendly and welcoming the cheesemakers were! And the cheese was delicious too!
