About this activity

You will travel via the north coast and then turn inland to enjoy the lush vegetation. During this wonderful Kingston Tour, you will have a chance to visit Spanish Town -the Old Capital 472 years old, now called Emancipation Square- & Kingston –the current capital and the largest English Speaking city in the Caribbean-.

The tour also includes a visit to other important Kingston Highlights, like Beverley Hills, the Statue of Bob Marley, National Stadium, National Arena & Emancipation Park, where you will have plenty of time to get to know the places and take pictures. You will also visit Devon House; one of Jamaica's most celebrated historical landmarks, where you can purchase tasty Jamaican Patties as well as Jamaica’s best Ice-Cream.

You will enjoy strolling through Kingston’s most elegant surviving 19th century mansion, magnificently furnished with 1860’s style, built by Jamaica’s first black millionaire, George Stiebel.

And, at Bob Marley Museum (Optional), you will enjoy a 1 hour long tour where you’ll take a concise look at the life of the Reggae Super Star. Plus, if you want to go shopping (Optional), you will be taken to Sovereign Mall, a modern shopping center.

This was a great experience only two people wanted to tour the museum for extra 25 but you could not take pictures while inside you just got to look around. The rest of us not taking the tour got to take pictures of Bob Marley's house from the outside but for 67.00 I would not do it again. We rode on a small bus and it was a bumpy ride the whole way there. They picked us up from Montego Bay and then they went to Ochios Rio then we headed to Kingston. An hour 1/2 into our trip we stopped at a grab and go gas station to get a snack. we didn't get to see the houses in Beverly hills where all the rich people lived because of construction. While the two people wee visiting the museum we went to a shopping square and had lunch food was okay nothing spectacular but what can you expect from a mall shopping square. The tour guide was not exciting just okay. She did mention that there was a different Bob Marley tour in Nine mile where you were able to take pictures and see a lot more. We ended the tour going to an ice cream shop in Kingston. I tried the rum raisin flavor it was great.
