About this activity
Meet for this cruise along the water at Jacques-Cartier Pier in the Old Port of Montreal. You can pick from four different departure times, so depending on which time you choose, make sure to show up about 30 minutes before that time. Boarding is 15 minutes prior to the departure of time, and seating is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please note that Bateau-Mouche is a smoke-free environment.

Bateau-Mouche offers exclusive tours on water inaccessible to other boats. Moreover, thanks to its flat bottom, Bateau-Mouche allows for smooth sailing, bringing you closer to the splendor of the St. Lawrence River and its coastline.

Enjoy panoramic views of the Olympic Stadium, Clock Tower, Biosphère, Jacques Cartier Bridge, and Habitat 67. This cruise is guided by a local guide who tells you interesting facts along the way. Snacks and bar service are also available on board (additional costs).

After your boat cruise, get dropped back off at the Pier with the rest of the day to enjoy even more Montreal.

This boat tour was very informative and you get to see some places you wouldn’t normally seeing on a walking tour. The only downfall was the service level was sub par.

Time well spent, educational guide and courteous friendly staff. Lovely way to spend an hour and a half taking in the beautiful view of Montreal from the Saint Lawrence river.

The city speaks for itself and from the river it is really quite beautiful particularly on a lovely sunny day. It's not a tour that wows you, rather it is a pleasant relaxed interlude.

My friend and I enjoyed this cruise, but it was because we happened to catch perfect weather. Also, if you really like being on the water, you'll like this tour, too. But there really isn't much to see aside from a few noteworthy buildings and a rollercoaster. Maybe 60 minutes, instead of the 90, would have sufficed. We didn't dine on board, so I can't comment on the food, but the wait staff seemed friendly and efficient. AndI must commend Pascal, the tour guide, for making the very most of the cruise with his lovely voice and interesting tidbits--in both English and French. Also, the boat was clean and the whole process, seamless. My compliments to Viator.
