My wife and I enjoyed the tour. It's not a five-star review because it was a little tricky finding the boat. We had purchased out tickets online and located the ticket window, which was about 100 yards from the bike path / train track. The clerk gave us verbal directions, but since it was perhaps a quarter of a mile from the ticket window to the boat, it would have been clearer if we had been given a map. The tour boat was at the very end of the pier, with alcohol, soda, and snacks available. Lower deck was enclosed with windows; upper deck open with plastic bench seats, a bit uncomfortable. The audio system was excellent and the guide was fluent in English and French. He created a pleasant atmosphere, and when he took a break, he walked the entire boat asking if there were questions. That happened three times. Great job!

My wife and I enjoyed this cruise. It's relatively short - I think we were only on the water for about an hour - but it gives you a nice perspective of the city of Montreal and the immediately surrounding area. I found the guide providing commentary was very good. He gave lots of interesting information about various features as we sailed past them but he didn't overdo it and also left some quiet time for us to soak up the environment on the way back. We'd happily recommend this tour.

Wish their sound system was better so we could clearly hear the commentary and wish the guide didn't rush her delivery.

Unfortunately our experience on the tour was awful. Our tour guide had a very heavy French accent, that was extremely difficult to understand. plus a serious stutter and a speech impediment. This is not to offend this man, however he should not be doing theJob he is when he cannot speak clearly and concisely. There were many other people who felt the same way. Besides the tour guide, the microphone system was not good . It crackled loudly and was very distressful for my partner who was wearing hearing aids. E said the noise was almost unbearable. While we visited some nice sites and enjoyed the scenery, we did not understand ANY of the comment.

Although it clearly states they take digital or paper tickets, nowhere does it say you have to go to the ticket office (near the dock) to exchange a digital ticket for paper ones. This is very outdated. Tour does not go far, just within the port, but staff were pleasant and boat was nice.

While the boat itself was just fine, there was no commentary at all on our tour. The ride was not particularly scenic, which I would have been okay with if there had been someone talking about the history of Montreal as the description indicated. This was a serious disappointment and I do not recommend it.
