Ascent to the Observatory is by cable car. The view of the city is magnificent, on a clear day, you can see as far as 80 kilometres away. Binoculars are complementary. This activity takes approximately 40 minutes. The Tower is the only 45-degree leaning skyscraper structure in the world.
