UNESCO World heritage site which was build in 1878 to commemorate the golden jubilee celebration of Queen Victoria.

Pass By: Crawford Market, Mohammed Ali Road, Mumbai 400001 India

Named after Sir Crawford who was the first British commissioner of Mumbai. It used to be the central market for Mumbai till the early 1990's but now the market it shifted to outside city limits. This place is very famous for spices and souvenirs.

Pass By: Marine Drive, Chaupati, Mumbai 400021 India

It is 4 km long boulevard built along the Arabian Sea Coast. It was build in early 20th century and is one of the entertainment spots for Mumbai. In the vicinity is the Wankhede Cricket stadium.

Pass By: Malabar Hill, Mumbai India

Malabar hill is one of most expensive real estate in Mumbai. it is at the northern end of the marine drive. This area has got residences of the Governor and the Chief Minister of Maharastra of which Mumbai is the capital city

This garden is created atop a water tank build by British. This garden adds to the green lung of the city which is a concrete jungle otherwise. The garden has different types of plants and trees and are curated in different animal forms.

This park is located opposite to hanging gardens and is one the most iconic places of Mumbai. From the viewing gallery here one can see the entire Queens Necklace as Marine drive is termed.

This Mosque and Mausoleum was built in 1436 in memory Ali Ali Ahmed shah bhukari. It is 500 mts offshore and is accessible during low tides

Dhobi Ghat the worlds largest open air laundromat. Around 7000 Dhobi's(Washer men in hindi) wash , Bleach, Dye and Dry clothes from local hotels, Hospitals and residences. they do a turnover of approx 10 million a year

Mani Bhavan is the home to the Life of Mahatma Gandhi and also provides you with a glimpse of Indian Freedom struggle from British. It is 2 storied structure and depicts the various aspects of Mahatma Gandhiji's character.

Stop At: The Taj Mahal Palace, Apollo Bandar, Colaba, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400001, India

Taj Mahal hotel is a very iconic structure in Mumbai and has been adorning the Mumbai skyline since 1906. This hotel has a heritage wing which was originally build and later the modern structure was added. Many international dignitaries have stayed here. This iconic was attacked by terrorist in 2008 but now it is rebuild to its past glory.

The Gateway of India was build to welcome King Charles during his visit to india. It got completed in 1914

Hi, my guide Sunil Nair and driver made a significant difference in my appreciation of the tour. Very informative,establishment of a good rapport and the guide was not putting any pressure in time it took for me to appreciate specific areas or written descriptions.
