- Park Timings Weekdays: 10 A.M. to 7 P.M. Weekends & public holidays: 10 A.M. to 9 P.M.
- One or more rides may be non-operational due to maintenance issues at any given time
- Please find your way to the redemption counter at the park and present the redemption voucher/code provided. At the counter you will then receive physical tickets that will give you access to the park.
- Rides will operate subject to availability
- Confirmation will be received at time of booking.
- Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
- lockers are available to rent, for a nominal fee.
- First-aid and medical help is provided at the medical centre in the park.
- The park is wheelchair accessible, and wheelchairs are also available to rent, if needed.
- The park follows all norms per international standards. There are lifeguards on duty at all the rides.
- Guests will need to buy a full-price ticket for their children above 2 years of age.
