Although we are glad we took this tour, as it enabled us to see some interesting sights around Mumbai, we felt it lacked a little professionalism. Our taxi was several minutes late at the meeting point and although clean and air conditioned was not particularly comfortable. The main problem was that our guide and driver were not very pro-active or communicative. We got the odd snippet of information but felt we could have been better looked after rather than being simply delivered to a site and more or less left to our own devices. That said, both were friendly and helpful when asked. I suspect there are better tours on offer if you do some research
