Great day with our engaging tour guide Franz. Easy flowing day with information, top tips and help with lunch selection too! All the sights seen with time for individual viewing. Guided very well on the train. Just book it!
We went on a rainy day, but the castle, monastery, and nunnery were still lovely and a lot less crowded than they usually would be. Our tour guide Susanna was very knowledgeable and helpful, really going above and beyond during our tour.
a long day but very interesting
Franz was informative and helped make our tour fun and very enjoyable.
A fabulous day trip by rail, steam train and then a boat to Herrenchiemsee, King Ludvig's copy of Versailles. Our guide, Petra, was very informative with all her knowledge of the area and the Moon King himself. She was professional and organised the day trip well, considering we had so many modes of transport. She made sure the tour flowed like clockwork! This is a wonderful day out to see a fantastic palace that unfortunately was never finished. The rooms that are furnished are extremely splendid and the hall of mirrors is even larger than the one in Versailles. I cannot recommend this tour enough.
