Private Castle Tour from Munich: Neuschwanstein, Hohenschwangau, and Linderhof

We have booked many tours through Viator, but this was not as advertised at all. The car was nice and the driver was prompt - that is the end of the good news. There was no tour or commentary provided at all by our driver Thomas - his English was poor and it appeared as though he had never been to either of the locations before and did not understand the premise of the tour, he took me to the ticket counter but had us purchase the wrong tickets so we only ended up seeing Neuschwanstein at that site. He did not provide any useful directions or commentary on how to get to the castle - gave us wrong directions, did not point out that a carriage was available vs. walking for 40 minutes uphill. When we found out that we could not go to Hohenschwangau he did not even understand that this was part of the tour and even after calling head office they provided no alternatives or suggestions as to how to rearrange the tour to make it work - just got a sorry, I am only the driver. The car was supposed to have Wi-Fi and snacks - we got a warm bottle of water and no Wi-Fi and no snacks. I have had better service and tours from Uber drivers. A similar bus tour with a real tour director would have cost us about a third of what we were charged for this and would have provided a much better experience.
