The Lali or wooden slit drum was and is an important part of traditional Fijian culture. It is used as a form of communication to announce births, deaths and wars. You will hear the beating of the “lali”, welcoming you to Culture village and also letting the know villagers know that we have guests that will be visiting the village: Visit the “Bure Kalou” (Fijian Temple ) and the “Chief's Bure” (Chief House) and experience difference“bures” that demonstrate Fiji’s diverse rich culture.
Walk around the organic garden where you can see lots local plants and fruit trees.
