This tour did not start out well since the instructions for all of the couples staying on Denarau was supposed to be at 9:00 AM pick-up. At 9:30 AM the hotel concierge called the tour company and they said they were coming at 10:00 AM. The driver Kevin told us his instructions were for 10:00 AM even though we had a written confirmation for 9:00 AM. The stops on this tour were very worthwhile. However, be sure to bring a swimsuit or something to wear in the mud baths. The instructions did not indicate this and we had to buy sarongs for 20 FJD each. The driver made a lunch stop at a place that was not that great. Also, the guide is not really a guide, he was only a driver. He did not offer any commentary the entire trip. If you want to see these places, this is a good tour.

Our tour was amazing and most of all our tour guide Mohammed was the best! It was like our own personal tour guide just my boyfriend and I were in the car. I highly recommend Viator. We will certainly use them again on our next trip!

Were told we were to be picked up at 9:00am on the cruise ship pier. After finding someone to make a local call, we were picked upa t 10:00am. After that, the tour was great. Mohammed was very knowledagable and fun. Our host Gina at the local village was very warm and so respectful of her customs. We did not go to the mud bathes but went to the Sleeping Giant gardens. Lot's of people who did not want to move and blocked the trails. Go at a time other then when the tour buses are there. Raymond Burr's home has been purchased by a developer and no longer standing. The trip to Nadi Town was fine. Tour operators all lead you to Jack's of Fiji but there are several other shops as well. Saw a sign for McDonalds and assumed they would have Wi-Fi. Mohammed drove us there but no Wi-Fi so we went back to Port Denaru. This is the same tour the cruise ships offer at have the price. Great Value.............

Was surprised to find it was just us and our driver, in his car, for the tour. Thought it'd be a group. But that made it so much better! We enjoyed the tour, but loved interacting with him even more and learning about the country, culture and customs. He took photos for us, took us off the beaten path for a traditional lunch and was flexible on the time we spent at each stop. Just an overall phenomenal experience. Hitting the downtown market on Christmas Eve was unlike anything else. The mud pool and hot springs were beyond expectations and so was the orchid garden. We also stopped at the Buddhist temple, which was neat to see, but could have used an experienced person on site to explain some of the religious symbols and ceremonies going on. But not complaining - it was an amazing experience overall and I highly recommend our tour guide - if only I could remember his name!!
