Half-Day Nalesutale Highland Tour

Your tour begins when you are picked up from your accommodation for your half-day tour.

You will be taken on a scenic journey, passing through sugarcane belts, villages and local schools before arriving at Nalesutale Village.

Nalesutale Village is nestled at the foot of Mount Batilamu and is a small and quiet village. The population does not exceed 50 people but the warmth of the friendly Fijian smile and hospitality is undoubtedly unforgettable. Upon your arrival at the Village, you will be able to partake in the traditional Welcome Kava Ceremony. You will also meet your host/guide and then drive further up from the village to where your trek to the waterfalls will begin. Along the way, you will learn about herbal medicines, the Fijian lifestyles, and the Fijian art of survival from your guide. You will then be able to enjoy a dip in the cool and refreshing waters that flow from the 'Massaging' Waterfall before tracking back to where you were dropped off.

After being picked up from your trek, you will be driven back to the village where your Fijian lunch will be ready. After lunch your driver will then drop you off at your accommodation.
