Overall we were very dissatisfied with this tour. Ali, our guide was there when we got off the ship as promised, but then he left 8 of us standing on the hot dock for 35 minutes while he went to get the van. Apparently he had the wrong permit to drive into the port, but didn't bother to send someone to tell us. The tour is advertised as having a driver/guide. Ali was a good driver, but he was definitely not a guide. He was pleasant and carried on a conversation with the person closest to him, but did not say anything to the rest of us about any of the tour components. First we were taken to Garden of the Sleeping Giant and left for 1 hour to look around by ourselves. Other groups had guides telling them about the different flowers there. We went from there to the Mud Baths for 2 hours. The Mud Baths were a lot of fun, but 1 hour is all you need. Some people resorted to a 1 hour massage to kill time. Ali completely skipped the Fijian Village that is the 3rd component of the tour Experience the Fijian lifestyle for a few hours and learn the basics of living in a traditional Fijian village.... He took us to Nadi Town a dirty shopping strip, and told us we had 1 hour there. Since lunch was not included we took a quick look at the shops and went for lunch. 6 of us waited there until Ali returned. Then a long drive back to the ship with no information about anything on the way. We requested a partial refund due to not all the tour components being given as promised and received it. Apparently, from reading other reviews, it is hit or miss with the tour guides working for this tour company. We missed :

Locations great for the Garden of Sleeping Giant and mud baths. Lautoka a very poor town and only souvenir shop open during our visit.due to holidays. Tour operator great as a driver but offered no/little information a normal guide would do. Also van was very poor visibility due to small windows back row of seats not able to see out propely. No Microphone. Guide operator not there at agreed time and had to be called three times to find out where he was and where we were to meet since he wasn't represented at the tour operator's booths
