About this activity
Experience our local food culture with a market tour and an interactive cooking class. Guests are shown the art of cooking traditional local cuisine with our home-style cooks who share their traditional cooking techniques, helpful hints, and entertaining stories. Using fresh seasonal inspired ingredients, guests are taken on a culinary adventure of the Fiji Islands!
Food Culture Experience includes: a market tour, food culture presentation, cooking lesson, lunch, refreshments and take home recipes.

This tour is a must do for Foodies! A highlight of our Fiji trip! Market tour was very interesting and informative. The cooking class was fabulous! Lots of fun and yummy food! We needed a doggy bag! Hosts very friendly and knowlegable. Transfers not included from the Coral Coast so the company recommended Raj. Very friendly, reasonable price and prompt.
The tour of the market was enlightening and very interesting. The cooking portions were awesome and they made us feel like we could do it all so very easily. The food was really good and it was amazing to not be able to finish it all. :-) I look forward to trying the recipes again when I get home! I also hope to come back again someday and try some new things!
Lots of cooking - 2 meals: Fijian and Indo-Fijian. Both delicious! The teachers were very organized and informative and the cooking school was well designed.Ajay did a marvellous tour of the market and driving us to and from our hotels.
Wonderful opportunity to experience the market and cooking of Fiji. The cooking school was very professional, organized and fun. We preapred our own local food and had more than we coukd eat! One of the best tours we've taken.
