All drivers must have a valid driver’s license which they will need to present to the operator on arrival.
On the day of the tour each participant will need to select a preferred option for insurance. OPTION 1: We take a bond of FJ$2000 via your credit card – this is an imprint only and no money is held, unless there is damage made to the quad during your tour in which case we will charge your card in full to cover the cost of repairs. OPTION 2: You pay FJ$30 cash per quad – this is non-refundable, but in case of accident you do not have to make any further payments.
Bring with you on the day: Driver’s Licence, Credit Card (or cash) [for insurance requirement], comfortable closed-toe shoes, Sunscreen, Sunglasses, Camera, Change of Clothes, and a Towel.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Dress code is smart casual.
Special meal options (e.g. Vegetarian, Vegan etc.) options are available. If required, please advise at time of booking.
The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
The operator reserves the right to cancel or amend any tour due to river, road, time and weather conditions.
Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date.
Stringent safety procedures are observed - safety equipment is supplied with the tour.
