About this activity
This tour begins in Nadi town at the sight of the great Nadi Temple, otherwise named "Sri Siva Subarmaniya Temple." This unique Hindu temple, the largest in the southern hemisphere, reflects an architectural style rarely seen outside India, and houses sacred statues designed by craftspeople brought over from India. This peaceful Hindu temple strikes a vibrant pose against a dramatic mountainous backdrop.
Depart the Hindu temple for a 25 minutes stop at a souvenir/handicrafts shop in Nadi town, then onto Namaka Fruits & Vegetable market. Tour through Fiji's 1st Fijian Village where our ancestors landed - Viseisei Village. This is a very culturally rich tour as it enables our guests to learn about the village life style and the traditional Fijian culture of the country.
The tour proceeds to the Garden of the Sleeping Giant famous for its collection of its orchids and tropical plants. The garden of the sleeping giant is an attractive landscaped garden that specializes in Fiji’s native plants as well as housing an impressive collection of orchids. Finally, relax at the thermal mud pool in its natural spa and mud bath before returning to your resort.

Awesome experience, we did lots in a short amount of time. The mud pool, garden walk, markets, temple, shopping. I think too much to fit in 4 hours. A shame temple was in a restoration stage, but still fantastic needed to stay there longer. People so friendly and accomodating
It was a very relaxing tour, the orchid gardens were not very fantastic but the mudpool was a fun experience though short.

What a great little half day tour! Since no one else booked our tour time, my wife and I ended up having a private tour. Our guide Shalvine sorry about the spelling was very friendly and knowledgeable! He told about the history and culture of the sites we visited as well as Fiji in general. The highlight of the tour for us was without a doubt the mudpool! It felt a little weird at first, but was sooooooo relaxing. The hot pool was the perfect temperature and the surrounding mountains provided the perfect backdrop. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the Nadi area!
