Day 1: Transfer from Jomo Kenyatta Airport Nairobi to Boma hotel Nairobi
Pass By: Nairobi County, Nairobi, Kenya
You will be met by our customer care team on arrival in Nairobi, transfer to your Nairobi hotel few kilometers from the Airport. Here you will relax before your safari experience begins the following day.

Day 2: Nairobi - Samburu Distance 310 Kilometers approximately 5.5 Hours
Stop At: Samburu National Reserve, Nairobi Kenya
Depart after breakfast, drive north through the coffee and pineapples plantations, stop briefly at the equator crossing point in Nanyuki where you can see the only mountain with snow near the equator on good weather. Head to Samburu arrive at the lodge in time for lunch. Head for your first game drive at 16:00hrs.
Samburu Game Reserve lies in the hot and arid lowlands of the vast northern region of Kenya, just a few kilometers north of the equator, adjoining with Buffalo Springs and Shaba National Reserve. The Ewaso Ngiro River runs through the park and during dry season plentiful wildlife come to the river to drink on the shaded banks, and during wet season you can see animals that don't wander in the region as much.
The three reserves form a very popular tourist destination because of the diverse wildlife populations they support. The reserve is rich in wildlife with an abundance of rare northern specialist species such as the Grevy’s zebra, Somali ostrich, reticulated giraffe, gerenuk and the beisa oryx (also referred to as Samburu Special Five).

Day 3: Samburu - Lake Naivasha Distance 350 Kilometers approximately 6.5 Hours
Stop At: Lake Naivasha, Naivasha Road Nakuru County Kenya
Depart Samburu early in the morning and drive south, travel via the spectacular Thomson falls and through the Great rift valley escarpment to enjoy scenery proceed to the hotel for late lunch. Afternoon will be at leisure. Optional activities are afternoon visit to Hells Gate National park,boat trip around the shores of the lake and a visit to the crescent island
The lake has long been regarded as a jewel within the chain of Kenya’s Rift Valley lakes, freshwater lake, fringed by thick papyrus. The lake is almost 13kms across, but its waters are shallow with an average depth of five metres. Lake area varies greatly according to rainfall, with an average range between 114 and 991 sq kms. Much of the lake is surrounded by forests of the yellow barked Acacia Xanthophlea, known as the yellow fever tree. These forests abound with bird life, and Naivasha is known as a world class birding destination. The waters of the lake draw a great range of game to these shores. Giraffes wander among the acacia, Buffalo wallow in the swamps and Colobus monkeys call from the treetops while the Lakes large hippo population sleeps the day out in the shallows. Boat trips on the lake are widely available, and are a great way to spend an afternoon.

Day 4: Lake Naivasha - Maasai Mara Distance 280 Kilometers approximately 5.5 Hours
Stop At: Maasai Mara National Reserve Kenya, Narok 00100 Kenya
Depart after breakfast for the world famous Maasai Mara, the beautiful scenery of the riverine vegetation, rolling plains and open savannah is home to highest concentration of animal species. Arrive in time for lunch at your camp/Lodge thereafter at 16:00hrs head out on an afternoon game drive.
Covering an area of over 1,500 square km, the reserve is located in the Great Rift Valley in primarily open grassland. Maasai Mara/ senrengeti is a complex but very intriguing ecosystem, it offers one of the world’s most important habitat areas for a great variety of wild African animals. There have been some 95 species of mammals, amphibians and reptiles and over 400 birds species recorded on the reserve. Nowhere else in Africa is wildlife more abundant than Mara; among the game found include hippopotamus, cheetah, Grant’s gazelle, impala, topi, Coke’s hartebeest, giraffe, Roan antelope and the nocturnal bat-eared fox. However wildebeest are by far the dominant inhabitants of the reserve. Their numbers are estimated in the millions. The Great Migration starts in July each year when well over one million wildebeest along with large numbers of Thompson’s Gazelle, zebra and other herbivores migrate from the Serengeti plains in Tanzania.

Today you will have full day in Maasai Mara with early morning and afternoon game drives, explore the vast plains and the riverine vegetation’s of the Mara in search for the CATS. There’s also the option of having a bird’s eye view of the Mara in a hot-air balloon safari or visiting the Maasai village in between the game drives.

Time permitting you have an option of visiting giraffe center (US$ 10 payable direct at the entrance) or visit Maasai Market where you have a chance to sample handmade crafts and souvenir that you can take home before being transferred to the airport to catch your flight.
