You will be picked up at your Nairobi accommodation and driven to Crater Lake Game Sanctuary, which is located about 6 miles (10 km) from Naivasha and about 56 miles (90 km) from Nairobi. This small, private sanctuary is centred around a lake formed by a dormant volcano. The amazing jade green water attracts many flamingos, and the surrounding forests and plains have plenty of game.The nature trails in the sanctuary lead around the crater through vegetation with plenty of wildlife, including over 150 species of birds.
