Day 1: Jambo Kenya

Stop At: Nairobi City County
Welcome to Nairobi. Airport transfer to our accommodation in Nairobi.

Day 2: Rapid Rafting

Stop At: Tana River National Primate Reserve
Drive from Nairobi to Sagana, a small town in central Kenya. Check into our riverside cottages and gear up for our white water rafting adventure in Tana River. Raft through rapids, explore white washed river beds and discover waterfalls. Overnight in Sagana.

Day 3: A Walk on the Wild Side

Stop At: Great Rift Valley Lodge and Golf Resort
Breakfast and transfer to the Great Rift Valley’s Lake Naivasha. Check into our hotel and transfer to Hell’s Gate National Park for an incredible hike through its colored gorges and towering cliffs with a chance to spot zebras, buffaloes and gazelles.

Day 4: In Search of Wildlife

Stop At: Masai Mara National Reserve
Transfer to Masai Mara National Reserve, home to an abundance of wildlife, various bird species and the Big 5 (the leopard, rhino, lion, elephant and buffalo) – the five most difficult animals to hunt on foot. Full day game drives in Masai Mara National Park are sure to increase the chances of spotting the Big 5 and other wildlife such as wildebeest, zebras, impalas, hippos, gazelles, baboons, giraffes as well as over 300 bird species and flora and fauna resident to only the African savannah. In the evening, embark on your first game drive getting you as close to wildlife as can be

Day 5: Game Encounters

Stop At: Maasai Mara National Park, Mount Kenya National Park
Following breakfast, embark on full day game drives for more opportunities for Big 5 & wildlife encounters with a picnic lunch served at the park. The Mara offers wildlife in such a great variety and abundance that is truly difficult to believe. Over 450 species of animals have been recorded here, you will easily spot rhinos, leopard, elephants, buffalo, wildebeests, zebra, warthog, Jackals, lions, many types of antelopes, crocodiles and giraffe. In the late afternoon, visit the Masai tribe in their village and get a chance to watch them dance and even get in on the fun!

Day 6: Nairobi

Stop At: Maasai Mara National Park, Mount Kenya National Park
Embark on a final early morning game drive in Masai Mara followed by breakfast before transferring back to our hotel in Nairobi. Free time to explore more of Nairobi.

Day 7: Goodbye Kenya

Stop At: David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, Nairobi
Free at leisure until your flight. Opt to head to David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, an elephant orphanage and rhino sanctuary where the keepers raise baby elephants and rhinos before sending them back into the wild or get up close and personal with giraffes at the Giraffe Center where you can pet and feed your new aristocratic tall-necked friends.
All good things must come to an end – airport transfer to catch your flight back home.
