Nairobi National Park is one of the most unique parks around the world. Being the only park located in a city, being on a Kenya Safari makes it easily accessible! Its located only 7 km from Nairobi city centre, making it most accessible both to the locals and international visitors. The park provides quick safari fix as you can have a good safari experience in a day. Has open plains as well as highland dry forest on the western side. To the south Nairobi National Park, opens up to the Athi Kapiti plains and kitengela corridor used by animals during migration to Amboseli National Park. Animals that can be found here are leopards, hyena, cheetah, Black rhino, lion, buffaloes, Zeebras, giraffe, wildebeest, elands and many more. The park is home to over 400 bird species and other attractions like the Ivory burning site, Nairobi Safari Walk, Nairobi Orphanage and the hippo pools inside the park.

Stop At: David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, Mbagathi Road Kws Workshop Entrance - Nairobi National Park, Nairobi 00503 Kenya
From the park you can exit the park through the David Sheldrick Orphanage. This is an elephant orphanage use to protect the orphaned or wounded elephants. You can feed, touch or even adopt- a baby Elephant. The gates open between 1100 hrs to 1200 hrs.
