About this activity
Samburu Game reserve is a gem located about the 310 kms from Nairobi, Kenya. The departure for these day trip would have to be very early in the morning around 5 am as the drive is about 5 hours. The drive will take you through the great Rift valley with breathtaking terrains and early in the morning would be a perfect to take a few photos on your way there. These safari is the only safari that you get to see one of the three great lakes in Kenya, Lake Naivasha, Lake Elementaita and also lake Nakuru all which are the products of the great Rift Valley. The driver or guide will be in handy to answer any questions that you might have on these day tour which is filled with a lot of activities. Be sure to ask for those rare animal species that are not found in other game parks and also about the Samburu people Culture who are willing to share their rich culture with the visitors at any time. The drive in the park will be about 4 hours and visitors should expect to get back around 9 pm in the evening with lots of photos and sweet memories.
