The driver was not exactly a ray of sunshine, he didn't seem like he wanted to talk at all. That's no big deal, but don't expect a cheerful your guide on this booking. The vehicle was nice, a newer Black Tahoe. The issue I had was that the tour service driver would not take the route I requested/anticipated from Napa to Sonoma which meant that I missed the first portion(20 mins) of my wine tasting/reservation and we decided not to use him for the return because the longer route that he was fixed on would have made us leave 15 minutes earlier than we wanted to or he would have charged an additional $66 if we went over the hour mark. We decided to end our service with him and stay for the rest of our wine tour then called an uber to take us back along the originally anticipated route for only $32. The driver for this tour service said the road was an "old military road" and "it would break his vehicle". I assure you that it was not, our uber car was a Nissan Sentra and had no issue with the road at all. The road in question is Trinty/Dry Creek rd.
