The pick-up was right on time and driver was very cordial and professional. The critique I have is that we booked this with the intent that it will be a customized wine tour, meaning the driver will ask us a series of questions of what we are looking for and then figure an itinerary based upon our needs. That didn't really happen. It was more of a limo service than a tour. Since none of use were familiar with the area, we left it up to the driver to take us to various wineries based on his experience he wasn't a wine drinker. It worked out ok, but it wasn't quite the tour I was expecting.
