GiGi is a great face of the company. When you get off her trolley you leave happier than when you got on. She shares a lot of tips about getting the most out of your visit to Nashville. Uriah is also very happy and upbeat. Both were helpful with my husband's walker. Steve on the other hand was very disappointing. He acted like it was an inconvenience to have us on his trolley. Then had the nerve to mention tipping. Needless to say we did not tip him.

We purchased a 2 day hop on hop off trolley pass and after the first day’s experience decided 1 days disappointments was enough. There was no time schedule for the stops, the pick and drop off places were hard to find. We waited a full hour at the first pick up spot and only make 2 stops before the day was over. I heard many complaints from other passengers.. when we arrived at the main station there were other trolleys and vans parked with no drivers available to to driver. We ended up walking most of the downtown sites. If I return to Nashville I’ll choose the competitor’s trolley.

Did the job. Only really needed one day as a lot of Nashville is walkable. Came along approx 20min intervals

It was great. On time, good humored and very informative. The streetcars were clean, comfortable and warm. Well worth the cost.

Driver and narrators were excellent. However, at check in they could not find our paid on line account. Than one of your vehicles had broken down and all of our rides were standing room only which made for a very uncomfortable expiernce. Counter personnel were not the friendliest. Not a great expierence!

Hop on Hop off had standing room only. Couldn't see or hear. While they were apologetic they said there was nothing they could do about it. Next bus was 45 minutes and likely that was going to be as full. No extra buses to handle overflow crowd. Never had this on a hop on hop off before.

This is a great way to get introduced to the city. Take it for the full loop and then go back to the sites you were most interested in. The drivers/guides were great, and had so much information on Nashville.
