Stop At: Versailles Gardens and French Cloister, Paradise Island Dr. One & Only Ocean Club New Providence Island
The Versailles Gardens on Paradise Island comprise a spectacularly lush multi-terraced landscape set in a rectangular design which is about 75 feet wide. The gardens extend approximately a quarter of a mile from the Ocean Club to the southern edge of the island, overlooking the waters of Nassau Harbor. Throughout the length of Versailles a stone path covered in Bermuda grass connects the terraces and demarcates Versailles into two mirrored halves. Hand-laid rock ridges extend to the east and to the west of this path. These ridges are composed of reddish-tan flint rock and grey sandstone, which over time has acquired a rusty grey facade. These ridges provide the basis on which richly coloured purple Bougainvillea stand, evenly trimmed in a box-cut hedge design.

Stop At: Fort Montagu, Eastern Rd New Providence Island
Fort Montagu Nassau Bahamas was finished the latter end July, 1742, and mounted eight 18, three 9, and six 6 pounders. Within the fort is a terraced cistern, containing thirty tons,of ram water and so contrived as to receive all that falls within the fort, with a drain to carry off the superflous water; there are barracks for officers and soldiers, a guard room, and powder magazine, bomb proof, to contain ninety-five barrels of powder; two of its sides are close upon the sea, and the two land sides are well secured by mastic palisades.

White-sand beaches include popular Cabbage Beach and Paradise Beach, both edging on the Atlantic Ocean. Dominating the island is the sprawling Atlantis resort, complete with a casino, the Aquaventure water park, and an extensive marine habitat.
