Jamaica Giants 'Art Meets Nature' Tour

Your tour starts at designated pick up location around the resort town of Negril. Our friendly driver who also might be your tour guide will drive you through local villages to the property that is located just over 1/2 hr drive from Negril. Jamaica Giants is nestled in the hilly areas of a vast nature reserve so get ready to experience the real Jamaican countryside. Upon reaching the park, you will be welcomed with a drink in the reception area. Take time and enjoy splendid views while you wait for your guide to start the tour. While waiting for your tour guide - buy a snack or additional drink or simply enjoy the views. First is Gallery #1 where you will learn the history of the property, the owner and the resident artists. Than your guide will take you for a special art walk to view all the sculptures that were created by the sculptor and tell you the stories behind the creation of each one of them. There is always something new, something that will grab your attention and surely something to surprise you as well. A walk through the boardwalk will reveal where the park got its name and will take you to the Gallery #2 - an old plantation building overlooking historical Frome Sugar Estate. Fantastic breeze and breathtaking 360 degrees views from the upper gallery might make you to sit down and relax a bit... Don't worry we have a bartender on standby to prepare you a special cocktail or serve you an ice cold Red Stripe beer-Jamaica's favorite! After the visit to Gallery #2, it's time to go back to the reception area where our tour guide will finish the tour. You will be given extra time at the bar & café and to look at our store for locally crafted gifts or souvenirs. Not interested? Simply grab a chair and relax on our deck looking out on the thousands of acres of unspoiled tropical forest. Yes. Places like this do exist. Take it all in and exhale. The tour of the property usually takes about an 1 hr. Depending on the route chosen the return trip to Negril area should take up to an hr as well. As we are mainly an outdoor attraction, umbrellas will be provided in case of rain for your uninterrupted tour experience. Also mosquito repellants are available for use before the tour or purchase in our store. Meals are available on request at least 24 hrs in advance and can be served in one of our dinning areas.
