Great Houses were the grand homes of the sugarcane and coffee plantation owners. Rich in architecture, antique furniture and art, the aesthetics of these establishments are magnificent. While Great Houses are known for their beauty and historical significance, almost all are remembered for harboring wicked slavery.

Rose Hall Great House is notorious for its previous owner, Annie Palmer, who is also known as the “White Witch”. Legend tells of Palmer committing the vicious murders of all three of her husbands. Tour the mansion at day or at night. You might be lucky enough to see her ghost!
