The tour to Sadda Pind Amritsar will begin at 6.30 pm with your pick up from Amritsar hotel. You will be then taken to Sadda Pind. Enter the vibrant resort looking completely like mini Punjabi village.  Have a filling dinner at the Dhaba – ‘Chayee Ji ka Vehra’ inside Sadda Pind offering delectable authentic Punjabi cuisine. Relish the famous Punjabi dish Makke ki roti, Sarson da Saag and Naan. You can try other North Indian or Punjabi dishes too. Complete the dinner with local sweet dish – Rabri and Kulfi. Thereafter, at 9.30 pm you will be lead to holy Golden Temple located in the centre of Amritsar city. Enjoy Evening Palki Ceremony held daily with great enthusiasm. The ritual is performed to bring back holy book of Sikhs Guru Grantha Sahib to its seat in ‘Akal Takht’ for night. The event is attended by many devotees singing Ardas (Sikh prayer) along with playing musical instruments. After the scripture is placed in Akal Takht it is celebrated by distributing Karha Prasad. Take the holy offering and then you will be driven to your hotel.
