Best of Ladakh with TurTuk (8 Night 9 Day)

Day 01: Arrive Leh airport, transfer to hotel. Breakfast at the hotel before 9.30 am and Visit Shanti Stupa to catch the entire view of Leh city with the Indus River, we will spend some time and further on to Leh Dinner and Overnight at the Hotel in Leh.

Day 02: After a leisurely breakfast, we drive to visit Hemis Monastery situated 45 kilometers west of Leh. Hemis is the largest and the wealthiest monastery in Ladakh.Thiksey is especially noteworthy for its gigantic seated statue of the Maitreya .After that we continue to drive through series of chortens to visit Shey Palace the former summer palace of the King of Ladakh.Further on to Leh Dinner and Over Night at the Hotel in Leh.

Day 03: After breakfast,Sightseeing of 1000 year old Alchi monastery the only Gompa in Ladakh region on flat ground.Thereafter proceed to the Likir Monastrey to visit the splendid three storey Dharma Wheel Gompa.Here you'll be awestruck with the sight of the massive Buddha statues.Dinner and Over Night at the Hotel in Leh.

Day 04: After an early breakfast we Leave for Pangong Lake through Changla pass 5486 Mtrs.Enjoy the landscape in the back drop of the Lake. Over Night at Pangong Lake Camp.

Day 05: Drive back to Leh,evening is Free for market Over Night at the Hotel in Leh.

Day 06: Tour of Khardungla Pass 18832Ft,Nubra Valley and Hundur Sand Dunes Drive 120 Kms 4/5 Hrs. Khardungla is the World's highest motorable road at 18832 feet above sea level. Nubra Valley is the Oasis of Ladakh as you see some colourful trees in this region. Later reach your camp visit the Sand Dunes,enjoy time at the Sand Dunes of Nubra valley spread across Hundur Village .Over Night at the camp.

Day 07: Nubra – Turtuk – Nubra – One of the moist fascinating journeys in Ladakh this is a less popular destination recently opened for tourist , if you have a thirst for a beautiful location this is the place. The next morning, they woke up in India.” We are in Turtuk, listening to a villager recount the history of this remote northwest corner of Ladakh, which until that night was part of Baltistan in PoK. A full day rough excursion evening back to Nubra Valley. Over Night at the camp in Nubra Valley.

Day 08: After Breakfast proceed to Diskit monastery which is 515 years old situated on a hill top giving panoramic view of the valley later walk around the town of Diskit which has a small village market Giant Buddha Statue. Proceed back to Leh cross Khardungla Pass once again and reach Leh. Over Night at the Hotel in Leh.

Day 09: Transfer from Leh hotel to Leh Airport.
