About this activity
Day 1: From Manali drive to Gulaba and trek to Gulaba Meadows camp
• Altitude: 10,300 ft
• Drive to Gulaba, 22 km, approx one and half hours
• Gulaba is on Manali Rothang pass road
• Trek to Gulaba Meadows, 3 km, approx 1.5 hr
• Meeting time at Manali at 12pm to reach Gulaba camp site by 5:00 pm
• Start trekking to Gulaba Meadows at 3:30 pm, steep ascent throughout the trail
• Accommodation in tents
Day 2: Gulaba to Rola Kholi
• Altitude: 12,500 - 10,300 ft
• 6 km trek, approx 4 hours
• First 1.5 hours is steep ascent and then gradual ascent till campsite, via Kolang Nallah
• The trail passes through virgin forest (silver oak, cedar and birch trees) with views of Manali & Solang
• Carry enough water from Gulaba camp, first water point is 20 before Rola Kholi
• Hot lunch at camp site
• Accommodation in tents
• Peaks spotted: Mt. Hanuman Tibba and the Seven Sister peaks
Day 3: Rola Kholi to Bhrigu Lake back to Rola Kholi
• Altitude: Bhrigu Lake at 14,000 ft
• 10 km trek, approx. 8 hours
• Start early in the morning
• Steep ascent till Brigu Lake for approx. 5 km
• Mixed rocky and snow trail
• Trek along with the bhrigu Lake stream
• Packed lunch on the way and Hot snakes at camp site
• Accommodation in tents
• Peaks:- Indrasen, Deo Tibba and Hanuman Tibba
Day 4: Rola Kholi to Gulaba drive to Manali
• 6 km trek, approx 3 hours
• Easy and mostly descending
• Carry 2 litres of water from Rola Khuli
• Reach Manali by 2pm to 3pm

Additional
- Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 2 days of travel. In this case confirmation will be received within 48 hours, subject to availability
- A current valid passport is required on the day of travel
- No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- Not wheelchair accessible
- First timer can apply, should have some interest in trekking and mountaineering
- The climber must be fit and have sufficient stamina to cover 5 km of distance in 45 minutes without a stress
- The backpack cannot weigh more than 11 kgs. Backpack should have waterproof cover. Suitcases/strolleys/ bags will not be allowed
- Heart problem, high blood pressure, asthma, and epilepsy cannot be reconciled on this mission. The climber must not have the conditions mentioned above
- Minimum age is 18 years
- Passport name, number, expiry and country is required at time of booking for all participants
- A current valid passport is required on the day of travel
- A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 15 travelers
