In this three-hour class starting at 12 noon, you are taken along on a gastronomic journey through Indian flavours, and you get hands-on experience in trying out some recipes yourself. Start with getting acquainted with the Indian cuisine and what brings out its unique flavours. You will learn to prepare five authentic recipes from different Indian states during this course. Hone your techniques and the flair of judging the tastes and improvising on it.
