5 AM : PICKUP FROM HOTEL AND TRANSFER TO RAILWAY STATION
Pick up from the Hotel in Delhi and You would be transferred to New Delhi Railway Station to board your Super-fast Deluxe Train to Agra. (Our representative/driver will assist you in boarding your train and will hand over the Train Tickets to you).
6 AM : TRAIN DEPARTS
Your Superfast fully air-conditioned Deluxe Train (Train No. 12002) departs from Delhi to Agra. (Breakfast will be served on board and during your 2-hrs Journey enjoy the Countryside).
8 AM : ARRIVE IN AGRA
Arrival at Agra Railway Station you will be met by our Driver / Representative at the main Exit gate, he will be holding your name signage. After warm welcome board your private vehicle and leave for the City Tour. Your tour guide will meet you in the meantime.
9 AM : VISIT OF TAJMAHAL
Visit The Legendary Taj Mahal (A Unesco World Heritage Site), No trip to Agra would be complete without a visit to this shimmering vision of domes and minarets. The world’s best-known tomb stands testimony to the timeless love story of the 17th century Mughal Emperor, Shah Jahan and his queen Mumtaz Mahal.
11.30 AM : VISIT OF AGRA FORT
Move Towards Agra Fort, The Imposing Agra Fort (A Unesco World Heritage Site), Built by Emperor Akbar in 1565 A.D, this huge fort is made of red sandstone. The elegant buildings inside reflect an interesting synthesis of Hindu and Central Asian architectural styles.
1 PM : TIME FOR LUNCH
Lunch will be provided at one of the best Local AC Restaurant.
2 PM : EXCURSION TO FATEHPUR SIKRI
Leave for Excursion to Fatehpur Sikri (A Unesco World Heritage Site) is 01 Hrs drive from Agra. It has been described as “the world’s most perfectly preserved ghost town”. Built by Akbar in the late 16th century, it was abandoned after only 14 years, and the elegant buildings of this superb walled city remains intact to this day. Places of Interest Include Diwan E Khas , Panch Mahal, Diwan E Aam. Jodhabai Palace. etc
5.30 PM : TIME FOR SHOPPING
Return to Agra You may wish to Enjoy shopping in Agra, Which is known for its fabulous handicrafts and Art Works, Agra is Famous for Inlay Work, also called As ‘Pierta Dura’. Where semiprecious Stones are Inlaid in White marble to create various Objects of Decoration. The Mughals were great patrons of arts and crafts. Empress Nur Jahan took personal interest in this craft and was an accomplished artist herself in zari embroidery work. Agra’s major handicraft products besides inlay work are: Leather Goods, Brassware, Carpets, Jewellery and Embroidery work.
8:30 PM : TRANSFER TO RAILWAY STATION
After a memorable day, Transfer to the Agra Railway Station where our representative will assist you in boarding your Train back to Delhi. (Train departs at 9:15pm, Dinner will be served on board).
