Pass By: India Gate, Near Connaught Place New Delhi, New Delhi 110001 India
Pick-up from your hotel in Delhi at 6am and transfer to the Airport Delhi. Flight departs at 8am approx to Amritsar.
Arrival at 9:15am Airport in Amritsar and visit to the Golden Temple. The Temple is the spiritual center of the Sikh faith, and was built by Guru Arjun Singh in the late 16th century.
Next you'll travel to Durgiana Temple which sits in the middle of a sacred lake and its share of pilgrims from all over the world. Finally, visit the Jallianwala Bagh Memorial, an important monument dedicated to the hundreds of martyrs of the Jallianwala Bagh massacre in 1919.
Take a lunch break at 1pm at a local restaurant. (own expense)
After a lunch break you'll travel to the India/Pakistan Border for the changing of the guard ceremony and the flag hoisting and lowering activities, which are done with great skill and precision by the border security forces of both the countries.
After a memorable day transfer to Amritsar airport and flight depart at 9:35pm to Delhi.
You'll arrive at Delhi Airport around 11pm that evening, where you'll be picked up for your transfer to your hotel in Delhi

Absolutely fabulous tour. A very long day with a 6am start but well worth it. Our guide was excellent and very informative. The border closing ceremony was a real highlight.
