On arrival at Jaipur, first will explore the massive Amber fort palace.

The Amer Fort, situated in Amber, 11 kilometers from Jaipur, is one of the most famous forts of Rajasthan. Amer, originally, was the capital of the state before Jaipur. It is an old fort, built in 1592 by Raja Man Singh. This fort is also very popularly known as the Amer Palace. The Amer Fort was built in red sandstone and marble and the Maotha Lake adds a certain charm to the entire Fort.

Jal Mahal is located in the middle of Man Sagar Lake in Jaipur city. The palace and the lake around it were modernized and enlarged in the 18th century by Maharaja Jai Singh II.

Jantar Mantar which is another wonderful example of architectural work done in the city by Sawai Jai Singh. It comes among top five observatories built by king in India.

City Palace which is a famous landmark that was built by Kachchwa Rajput rulers of Jaipur. Some parts of city palace is now converted to a museum, which a collection of rare manuscripts, weapons, carpets and costumes of the Mughal Emperor.

Lakshmi Narayan temple also known as Birla Temple. It is situated near Moti Dungri Fort, in which the idol of Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi is situated. The Temple is an outstanding example of the modern approach of the traditional ancient Hindu Temple.
