Private Tour: Full Day Trip from Delhi to Agra visiting Taj Mahal & Agra Fort

Our drive will pick you from your hotel in Delhi at 0800 hrs and begin your 04 hours drive to Agra in your private vehicle. Your exclusive guide will meet you on reaching Agra. First visit Agra fort - an outstanding example of Mughal architecture and the seat and stronghold of the Mughal Empire under successive generations. Visit its majestic Hall of Public Audience and the Royal Pavilions.

Then we will take you to a five star hotel for lunch. Enjoy your buffet lunch and then continue your tour to world famous Taj Mahal - the symbol of love. The Taj was built by Shah Jahan as a memorial for his third wife, Mumtaz Mahal. It took around 20 years to complete the construction of Taj Mahal and some 20,000 people from India and Central Asia worked on the building. Specialists were brought in from as far away as Europe to produce the exquisite marble screens and pietra dura (marble inlay work) made with thousands of semiprecious stones.

The Taj was designated a World Heritage Site in 1983 and looks nearly as immaculate today as when it was first constructed.

Later return to Delhi, our driver will drop you back at your hotel.
