- Information about any non-operational ride will be provided at the booking counter. No refund will be provided in case the rides are non-operational.
- Outside Food & Beverages are strictly not allowed inside the park premises.
- A valid photo ID is mandatory for all those looking to gain entry to the park.
- Children must be accompanied by parents / guardians at all times.
- Child: 2.9 - 4.6 ft Adult: above 4.6 ft. Entry is free for children below the height of 2.9 ft.
- Please note that diving in the pools which are shallow is not allowed.
- Park timings : Monday to Sunday: Water rides- 10 A.M. - 6 P.M. Amusement rides- 5 P.M. - 7 P.M.
- Appropriate swimwear (preferably nylon/ lyrca) must be worn at all times when using the park’s attractions.
- Please find your way to the redemption counter at the park and present the redemption voucher/code provided. At the counter you will then receive physical tickets that will give you access to the park.
- Rides will operate subject to availability.
- Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
- Confirmation will be received at time of booking.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 100 travelers
