Taj Mahal & Agra Fort - Day Trip

Taj Mahal is one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. It is said “A thing of beauty is a joy forever”. The Taj Mahal has a charm of its own. It is well-known that the Taj Mahal was built by the famous Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. The Taj has as many shades as any kind of beauty can ever have! The Taj is pinkish in the morning, milky white in the evening, golden when the moon shines and the intermediary variants during different hours of the day and during different seasons in a year.

13:30 to 14.15 Hrs : Proceed for lunch

14:30 Hrs.: Proceed to Local Art Demonstration

After having a lavish lunch and spending a comfortable time at the lunch you will be taken to a Marble Factory where you can see mastercraftsmen making Marble Inlay products (Same workmanship decorates the Taj Mahal).

Established in 1862, this store is one of the oldest businesses in entire Northern India. There you can see a beautiful collection of antiques and other artefacts which were presented to this family by the Mughals and are now their Family Treasures. You can also meet the owners and know more about their ancestors who were legal advisors and jewelers in the Mughal Court.

15.30 Hrs. : Proceed to Visit Agra Fort, After the complete tour of Taj Mahal you will be taken to The Agra Fort which was built by Emperor Akbar in 1565 A.D. There you will get to see two major constructions like the Moti Masjid and the Musanman Burj. 

17:00 Hrs: Proceed back to Delhi

After the magnificent tour of these places, you are now allowed to proceed towards the capital city of Delhi.
