Day1:Arrival at Varanasi
• Welcome at Airport and Transfer to Hotel
• You will move towards Sarnath post lunch to get the glimpses of Buddhist monuments and edifices covering Dhamek Stupa, Chaukhandi Stupa, Sarnath Museum and Mulagadha Kuti Vihar
• In the evening, witness the major attraction of Varanasi – The grand Aarti ceremony performed by several priests on the banks of River Ganges
Day 2:Boating on river Ganges-Heritage Walk in Varanasi
• In the early morning, enjoy a boat ride across the river Ganges. Visit the numerous temples alongside river Ganga and get a closer view of Hinduism being in Varanasi
• Take a walk in the narrow street of Varanasi (Old Varanasi). Also,visit Kashi Vishwanath temple.
• Take a heritage walk in the evening.
Day 3 : Varanasi to Khajuraho
• Drive from Varanasi to Khajuraho (400 KM/9 hours)
• The drive is a beautiful drive through rural India.
• Today you get a chance to see the numerous villages and towns of India.
Day 4 : Visit Khajuraho and Orcha
• Today visit the temple of Khajuraho.
• The Khajuraho Group of Monuments is a group of Hindu, Buddhist and Jain temples They are one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites in India. It is famous for the sculptures on the walls of the temples, depicting the love and passion in human relationships.
• Visit Lakshmana Temple, Kandariya Mahadev Temple, Duladeo Temple, Devi Jagadambi Temple, Javari Temple, Chaturbhuj Temple and Vamana Temple.
• Post lunch proceed towards Orcha.
• Orcha is a beautiful city known for Ram Raja Temple and a fort.
• Night Stay in Orcha.
Day 5 : Rural Tourism and Jhansi
• Visit a beautiful village in Orcha, famous for rural eco-tourism.
• The proceed towards the city of Jhansi.
• In the evening visit the magnificent Jhansi fort on the hilltop
Day 6 : Exploring Agra & Taj Mahal
• Start for Agra after breakfast (250 KM/ 6 hours)
• Assuming you will reach Agra by evening, you can go to Mehtab Bagh during sunset to watch the Taj Mahal turn orange with the setting sun.
• Watch the light and sound show in Agra Fort in the evening
Day 7 : Taj Mahal, Shilpagram and others
• After breakfast, you can visit the Taj Mahal, the epitome of love.
• The crowd is less in the morning and you can enjoy the serenity of the tomb.
• Spend a few hours around the monument.
• After lunch visit the Shilpagram , A crafts village near Agra.
Day 8 : Agra to Delhi
• Proceed towards Delhi after breakfast (Agra – Delhi 250 KM/ 4 hours).
• Drive through one of the best highways of India – the Yamuna Expressway.
